The Town Hall employees are in charge of the entire composting procedure, from aerating organic matter at public compost locations and removing unwanted substances from compost to transporting and sifting compost, as well as sending compost samples off for analysis. Compost is also distributed among local residents who may request it for use in their vegetable patches and gardens.
