Waste management is a reflection of our lifestyle. In the Basque Country, its development has been significant in recent years. We have become aware of the importance of this issue and, at present, there are few people who have any doubts about the need to properly process waste. Both citizens and municipal organisations are obliged to act responsibly.

In order to offer a solution to fill that void, the creation of the HOBEKI association has been proposed, through which we can share ideas and projects and make progress together in the pursuit of initiatives that provide comprehensive results, based on collaborative work and coordination, without forgetting that waste management and the implementation of different projects in this area is the exclusive competency of each municipality.
